  • Shipping & Delivery
  • At this time, Advantage Stores ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Advantage Storesships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Shipping Options And Costs

    Standard Shipping

    We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to provide efficient and timely shipping on all our OEM/CD Only software packages. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days to most U.S. locations. Please allow at least 2-4 hours for your order to be processed. We also ship to PO Boxes/Alaska/ and Hawaii via USPS shipping. USPS Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation within the US is $5.95  

    Canadian Shipments

    We ship all Canadian orders by Canada post. Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Canadian Shipping: $34.99 for the order.

     Overnight Shipping

    We offer FedEx Overnight shipping if you need your product shipped faster than standard shipping. You can select this upon checkout for $34.99.

    Overnight shipping will not be shipped out if the order is placed after 9:00 AM EST. We do not ship on weekends & holidays!

    All orders placed on the weekends will be shipped the next business day.

     Cancelation and Order Changes 

    Any order cancellation or ANY ORDER CHANGES must be emailed to us or you may talk with a live help representative as soon as possible.

    If you need to cancel your order but it has already been shipped, please return the package after you contact us for an RMA# (return merchandise authorization).


  • Return Policy
  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Advantage Stores reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

    Return Policy

    Tangible Software:

    Returns are not accepted on opened software due to key exposure. Only unopened software in its original manufactured shrinkwrap will be returned.  

    Downloadable Software:

    No returns will be accepted on downladable software once the software has been downloaded and key utilized. Advantage Software utilizes a computerized tracking system which records all software that has been downloaded from our links and records the IP address and location of where the software was downloaded as well as file size, date and time. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure their system meets all requirements for the software they have purchased. Returns on software due to invalid links or corrupt files will be replaced free off charge to the buyer by Advantage Softwares. If you have an issue with activation or a serial number not activating as it should, you must contact the vendors support located within your WORD document. They will assist remotely to verify there is an issue with the serial and then reset or replace as needed to assure your product is activated as advertised. They MUST first verify the issue before a replacement or refund is processed. Often times a screenshot showing the error will be acceptable verification. 

    By making your purchase on our site through our merchant provider Authorize.net, you adhere and agree to all terms and conditions stated within this section.  

    All you need to return a product is an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we will be able to process you return. Please make this request by visiting the contact us page on our site and use subject "RMA"

    Please Include:

    • Your Full Name
    • Item Purchased
    • Reason for return

    *Returns will be processed every two weeks.

    A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

    Strongly recommended: Please make sure that your system meets all system requirements before purchasing. Where possible, Advantage Softwares will publish system requirements on the description page of the software, but we also suggest that requirements be confirmed from the publisher's web site.

    Advantage Softwares will not accept returns of software which has been opened unless the software is defective. Defective software will be replaced with the exact same software product. We also will not take the return of OEM software missing Key Codes located on the outside of the shrink wrap.

    If you believe you have received a defective product, please request an RMA # request form by visiting the contact us page on our site. We will first try to help you solve the problem however if we are unable to then we will exchange the product for the exact same item.


  • Miscellaneous
    Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Advantage Stores and the advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this Web site is void where prohibited.

    GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the Law of the State of business registration of Advantage Stores shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said State's courts, or in the event of diversity of citizenship, the United States District Court for the (District). Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

    MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Advantage Stores with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Advantage Stores with respect to this Web site. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by Advantage Stores. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.


    The purpose of this chargeback recovery policy is not to create revenue for the Software Store, but to recover operating expenses incurred from protecting Software Store's financial well-being from those individuals who would take financial advantage of our company instead of utilizing our easy cancellation policy. This policy creates a means of feedback, ensures cost recovery, supports the goals of Software Store, and allows everyone to share in the success of the company. 


    - In case of dissatisfaction with purchased product or service, Customer should contact with Software Store and request refund. It's guaranteed that all refund requests will be processed and answered within 48 hours. 
    - Under no circumstances may Customer fulfill Dispute or Chargeback request to their issuing bank prior of contacting Software Store and requesting refund. 
    - However, if Dispute or Chargeback request is fulfilled and processed, Customer becomes liable for all legal expenses necessary for investigation and chargeback recovery as described below. 

    If DISPUTE/CHARGEBACK is fulfilled by mistake (i.e. not recognizing record in billing statement), Customer must take necessary steps to recover all losses to Software Store as described below: 

    If the fulfilled chargeback request has not been completed, Customer will need the following: 
    - Chargeback to be resolved and stopped. 
    - Plus a $50 chargeback fee must be paid. 

    If the chargeback has been completed, Customer will need the following: 
    - Repayment of all funds that were charged back. - Plus a $100 chargeback fee must be paid. 

    If no action is taken by Customer to resolve the chargeback: 
    - Chargeback case will be investigated by fraud department. 
    - A claim will be filed against Customer in order to recover any losses and legal expenses up to $1000. 
    - If Customer refuses to satisfy the claim and recover all Company's losses, the case will be transferred to collection agency. 
    - Additionally, Customer's details will be submitted to united eCommerce negative database (blacklist) in order to prevent further abuse.
